Currently, to ensure each workshop is thoughtfully tailored to its specific location and audience, we do not offer direct online booking. Jo's teaching schedule evolves as she travels, and the content is uniquely crafted for each setting.

2. I'M A COMPLETE BEGINNER. ARE YOUR CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ME?
Absolutely! We welcome all levels of tea enthusiasts. Our "Tea Foundations" course is specifically designed for beginners. For other workshops, we clearly label the difficulty level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced). Don't be shy—every tea master was once a novice!
3. DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO A CLASS OR WORKSHOP?
Just your curiosity! We provide all necessary materials, and all equipment for brewing and blending.
4. DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE EVENTS OR GROUP BOOKINGS?
Yes, we do! Please contact us directly at [sipwithjojo@hotmail.com] with your group size and preferred dates, and we will create a customized tea experience for you.
5. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled class for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to fit you into a future session.
